EMPLOYMENT GUIDE

The TSG is often called upon, both through the Helpline and otherwise, to provide employment law advice to its members.

Unfortunately, the Group is unable to offer this advice.  However, we have formulated a Guide to Employment Law which is available here.  The Guide looks at the most common areas of Employment Law and applies them both to trainees and paralegals.

The Guide is intended as simply guidance only, and should NOT be construed to constitute legal advice or legal guidance.  It is simply an introductory note to highlight the issues in Employment Law relevant to TSG members.
