The Law Society Careers Events
The Law Society, in association with the Association of Muslim Lawyers, the Black Solicitors Network, the Group for Solicitors with Disabilities and the Society of Asian Lawyers, has developed an event that aims to prepare students for a career in the legal profession.
Who should attend?
The event is aimed at undergraduates and LPC students. It aims to cover all aspects of preparation for a career in the legal profession including routes to qualification, completing applications and interview techniques. Delegates will also be given an insight into the alternative career options offered by different types of employers within the legal profession. There will be a choice of breakout sessions on the work of an in-house solicitor and a private practice solicitor.
The event is free to all students.
The venue
The Law Society’s Hall, 113 Chancery Lane, London WC2 is within easy reach of Chancery Lane, Holborn, Temple and Blackfriars tube stations. Please note that additional venue details, including a map, will be forwarded with a confirmation letter. The venue has a reasonable level of access. However please indicate on the booking form if you have any particular access needs.
