Consultation ResponsesRESPONSES TO CONSULTATIONS
2006
The TSG in 2006 has been asked to respond on a number of consultation documents and proposals. The TSG respond only to those on which it can comment in the interests of its members. The response from the Group will concentrate on the impact of those proposals or reforms on the TSG membership.
This year, we have responded to the following consultations. Please use the links below to navigate these consultation repsonses, as some are not located in this section due to the wider policy implications.
1 - The DCA Consultation - "Putting Consumers First"
2 - The Law Society "Have Your Say" Consultation
3 - The proposal documents for the TSG/YSG/TLS discussions
4 - The LSRB Training Reforms
5 - The JAC Paper on "Women in the Legal Profession and Judicial Appointments"
6 - The DAC Working Party Paper "Increasing Diversity in the Legal Profession"
Should you have any comments on any of the TSG Responses, or any Policy issue, please contact policy@tsg.org. If you feel that the TSG should respond to any upcoming consultations, we would be grateful if you could let us know. Again, please email policy@tsg.org.
